Who we are
Hunkxter (https://hunkxter.com) is a website with adult content, intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@hunkxter.com.
Data we collect
- Account data: username, email address and password (stored encrypted) when you register.
- AI chat data: see the section below.
- Balance and purchases: your hunkyx balance and the record of what you spend it on (messages and photos). Payments to top up hunkyx are processed by Fanvue; we never receive or store your card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the site to work (for example, to keep you logged in), and the data you enter in comment forms, if any.
AI chat data
When you use the AI chat, we store the messages you exchange with each character, a relationship level, and short notes about the information you share with the character, which may include your personal tastes and sexual preferences. This is done only to provide the chat experience and to let the character remember you. To generate replies, your messages are processed by our AI infrastructure provider (RunPod). When you first open the chat you choose how it works. If you choose “Save my chat”, this data is stored on our servers until you delete it. If you choose “Temporary chat”, your messages are deleted automatically after 24 hours and no relationship level or notes are created or kept. Photos you unlock are kept in your personal gallery in both modes, even if you delete your chat or use a temporary chat. To have them removed, contact us. You can permanently delete your chat history and the notes held by any character at any time using the trash button inside that chat. By registering and using the chat, you consent to this processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your chat data or contacting us.
The characters are artificial intelligence. You are not talking to a real person. We do not sell your chat data or use it for advertising.
Why we use your data
- To create and manage your account and provide the service (performance of the contract).
- To run the AI chat and its memory, including sexual preferences you choose to share (your explicit consent).
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
Who we share data with
Only with the providers needed to run the service: our hosting provider (Hostinger), our AI processing provider (RunPod), and Fanvue for payments. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Saved chat data is kept until you delete it with the trash button in the chat or ask us to delete it. Temporary chats are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Records of purchases may be kept for as long as required by law or to prevent repeated delivery of paid content.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@hunkxter.com.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, such as keeping you logged in. Some embedded services may set their own cookies.
